Course Information: This is the first part of a two weekend course.
The Yoga Fitness Leader course teaches the theory and practical skills needed to deliver a yoga based group fitness class.

Times: Friday – 6:00 to 9:00 pm; Saturday & Sunday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Price: $575.00 Includes course fee, electronic course notes, practical evaluation fee and HST
Registration Deadline: Thursday April 9, 2020
Cancellation Information: A $60.00 cancellation fee will be charged on or prior to April 9, 2020.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 9, 2020.
Written Exam: There will be a comprehensive exam at the end of the second weekend. It is highly recommended to adequately prepare that you register before or by the deadline.
Please Note: Participants have the option to make arrangements through the FNB office to write the exam at a later date at a cost of $60.00
Course Materials: Electronic notes in PDF format are included in the course fee to accompany the course content. Upon registration and payment your electronic notes will be sent to you.
The required companion book “The Student’s Manual of Yoga Anatomy” by Sally Parkes is purchased on your own and available at Chapters or online at amazon.ca.
YFL Post Course Requirements:
8 hours of practical experience teaching in a facility of your choice. This can be peer teaching or leading a facility class. This requirement helps you to prepare for your practical evaluation.
Practical Evaluation: All FNB Certifications require a practical evaluation within 6 months following the successful completion of the specialty course including the written exam.
The cost for this evaluation is included in your course fee and is valid up to 6 months after the course completion. Any evaluations booked after the 6 month deadline will cost a late fee of $20.00. Evaluations beyond 12 months following the course will cost the full evaluation fee ($50.00 for onsite, $60.00 electronic)
Booking your evaluation: Please contact the FNB office minimum of two weeks ahead of your evaluation to allow adequate time to secure your evaluator.
