Cancellation Information: A $60.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received on or prior to January 23, 2020. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 23, 2020.
Written Exam: There is a comprehensive exam at the end of the course. It is highly recommended to adequately prepare that you register on or before the deadline.
Please Note: Participants have the option to make arrangements through the FNB office to write the exam at a later date at a cost of $60.00
Materials: Electronic notes in PDF format are included in the course fee. Upon registration and payment of your course fees these notes will be emailed to you.
The notes include, the ET performance standards, review questions for study and the course content material with references to the course companion book, “The concise book of Muscles”; Fourth Edition by Chris Jarmey and John Sharkey. This book is available at Chapters or online. The cost is approximately $50.00. Please purchase this book as soon as possible so that there is time for delivery prior to the course.
